Hello September! At Edward Jost Children’s Centre & Early Learning Centre, we value and promote early literacy. One way we do this is by participating in Scholastic’s Book Clubs. Throughout the school year, flyers will be handed out and posted here. Families can order books online using our class codes RC177619 (mont street) and RC263138 (Herring cove rd). The paper copies of the flyers should be available this week. Every order earns our centres rewards for our classrooms. Orders will be submitted by September 20th. We look forward to learning from and enjoying many new stories this year will have. Happy reading!
We also have a community library located on the side of 7 Mont by the picnic tables. Take a book, leave a book!
